Developed by the Neuropsychology & Psychotherapy Research Unit at UKE Hamburg, it delivers daily exercises rooted in CBT and metacognitive training to boost mood, self-esteem and life satisfaction.
Mental health content must be culturally relevant and available in native languages to be truly effective. Yet supporting thousands of therapeutic exercises across multiple languages requires deep cultural adaptation, not just translation. Most apps only serve English speakers, excluding billions in need. Managing RTL layouts and consistent updates in 17 languages made this challenge seem almost impossible.
