Cogito-Kids

Product Brief

The idea for COGITO Kids was born from the recognition that children and young people often face unique challenges in managing their mental health. Traditional mental health resources can be intimidating or difficult for younger users. The objective was to create an engaging, age-appropriate tool that helps children navigate their emotions and improve their mental well-being.

Solution

COGITO Kids is a free self-help tool designed for children and young people to manage various feelings and mental health issues. It uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help users cope with difficult situations and build self-confidence.

The app features stories about three characters—Corie, Gilyaz, and Tom—who deal with similar issues, providing relatable and comforting content. Ensuring user privacy, no data is collected or shared with third parties.

COGITO Kids helps children build self-confidence, manage their emotions, and ensures privacy and safety.
