You Should Have:
✅ Sales/marketing experience in SaaS or digital tools
✅ Fluent in English (German is a huge plus)
✅ Strong communication & CRM skills
✅ Self-driven, results-focused mindset
Nice to Have:
– Experience in property tech or facility platforms
– Worked with startups or international teams
